I don't know if I squirm. People have been too polite to say. But at a bachelorette party recently I gave a book to a lady who'd bought a Harlequin when she was 12...and he dad threw it out before she could read it. Do you that that impatient squirm too? I’ve been told that I actually start wriggling in my seat if people don’t ask me what I do soon enough! It still amazes me that they have to ask if the books have sex in them. Everyone seems to have such strong ideas of what they are about, but they don’t really know. So if you perhaps happen to over hear a small(ish) young(ish) British woman at a dinner party, very loudly expounding the virtues of Presents – it’s probably me!! Come say hi!
