Loving a Bad Boy hero…. by Sarah Morgan

by Sarah Morgan, author of An Invitation to Sin (Part of Sicily’s Corretti Dynasty series, Harlequin Presents, June 2013)

I love writing a bad boy hero and Luca, the hero of my June release, An Invitation to Sin, definitely falls into that category. Not only does he behave in an appalling way most of the time, he really doesn’t care what the world thinks of him and that makes him exactly the wrong man for my heroine.

Taylor cares very much what the world thinks of her. Known for her scandalous past, she is trying to leave her reputation behind and persuade the public to judge her on her acting ability, not her previous mistakes. She is working hard to ensure her behaviour is beyond reproach, so getting caught up in an embarrassing, incriminating situation with Luca Corretti is the worst thing that can happen to her. She knows he is not the man for her. But as circumstances throw them together, she discovers she has more in common with this particular bad boy than she could possibly have imagined.

I loved writing this story so much. It has all the usual elements of a Harlequin Presents including the glamour and the delicious alpha male, but there is so much more to Luca than just a man with money.

Do you love a bad boy hero? Who is the sexiest bad boy you’ve ever read?

oh Sarah that’s hard to say because I LOVE a bad boy with a good heart just get all mushy when I read about one. So instead of my all time fav I’ll just say that my fav right now has to be Luca Corretti. He just needs to be the one you love to hate.

Love a bad boy. I really can’t pick one. I have always been partial to a man that acts like he don’t care, treats the heroine in the most wretched way. Then he realizes he can’t live without her and would fight to the end of days for her. *sighs* love that!
