The thing I hate is the hat hair. I have really fine hair that loses body within minutes so sticking a hat on top is just asking for helmet head. Yuk! I love weddings and all this talk of daughters and weddings is getting to me. We have a niece's wedding in March which is going to be super-special. It's straight out of one of my novels ( and yours!) as she was all set to marry another man but changed her mind just in time. So romantic as this one is THE ONE! No? Well, it could work. LOL Seriously, it takes a really wide brim to block viewing when the seating is arranged appropriately. So, um...blame the event choreographer, not the hat-whore, um...*lady* wearing the hat. :) My hats all have lots of netting and pill box brims as in no brims, but I bought a wide brim hat I ended up giving to the mother of groom as it was the wrong shade for my dress. She looked gorgeous in it. My daughter warned me not to order it off the Internet, but the shops with hats around here have a dismal selection. Besides, matching pinks is so hard. I ended up buying a suit to match my second hat. Yes, you may laugh...because that is what a hat-whore does. I do have leather covers for each of them which provide some cushion when dropped and I try to be less clumsy with them than normal, but what are the chances? Still, there are other wonderful liquid ink readers on the market now to look at that are slightly less expensive than the Kindle or Sony. And I adore hats...went through pains getting just the right one for Daughter No 2's wedding, only to end up wearing one almost identical but for the color to the glam job I bought for Daughter No 1's nuptials.
