I’m very pleased to announce that we have bought Lucy Robert’s first book – A Bid for Love – which won our Feel the Heat writing competition!
We loved Lucy’s first chapter, because it had an original and fresh set-up, believable characters and combined witty dialogue, with great sexual chemistry. Lucy’s full manuscript delivered this and more – it was a sexy read with real heart!
Lucy’s prize was to win an editor (me!) for a year…and I’m delighted that my first act as her editor is to buy her book!
